Body Paragraph 1: Infect Through The Prevalence Of Fear
Evil started infecting the boys due to the absences of adults to restrict their solicitude. Without adults looking after the boys, they are starting to slip in to a paranoiac state. They are seeing things that arent rightfully there, such as the savage, or seeing things and mistaking them for the beast such as the parachutist.
* The Physical (rational) Fear on the island for the boys was the parachuter (think he is the beast)

Here, the twins, Samneric, see the battered tree trunk of the dead parachutist and mistake it for being the beast.
* The mental (irrational) fear for the boys was started when the littlelun with the mulberry coloured birthmark on his eye, thought he saw the beast in the jungle.

Body Paragraph 2: Infects and Flourishes in civilization
Evil corrupted the civilization on the island and flourished
* Ralph and jak are constantly at odds with each other. In chapter 3 when ralph approaches jack to inform him that they need his help structure shelters, not going hunting.

* Humans are naturally born as innocent beings, but when exposed to the society, they also face the happen of being harmed and corrupted by the societal settings they live in.
