1.1- The factors that need to be considered when planning health and safety indoors and outdoors environments and services ar;

Other things to consider ar;
Activities- be they safe yet challenging and allowing children and young people to assess risk for themselves?
Route- Is there an alternative route? Are parents/carers informed of the route that has been selected to take? Do all faculty and volunteers know the route?
Public Transport- If using public transport, are parents/carers informed what ones are taken? Have I got consent for children to go on public transport? Do I know the exact times of public transports arrival and acquittance?
Plans- Is everyone involved conscious of the schedule?

in all Staff are encouraged to enrol on courses to answer them recognise health and safety, 1st aid training is available to all staff to find they are capable to freshet with any emergencies that may arise with children and young people, Policies and procedures are in place and only staff are expected to comply with these.



Anyone found not to be complying with these without reasonable explanations will be disciplined appropriately. CRB checks on all staff and volunteers enable my setting to provide a safe environment for children to be in. All staff are made aware, if not trained, in manual handling, as well as looking after children and young people, Staff and volunteers must be trained appropriately to ensure safe lifting at all times to limit self-importance injury. All Chemical hazardous to health are in the COSHH cupboard and all staff are made aware of the contents of the cupboard. Risk assessments are carried out on ALL of the contents.
