This preliminary fib will define the critical issues that the Chief Executive ships officer (CEO) of the hospital is confronting and the appropriate solutions that should be taken immediately to unclutter these on-going problems.

Problems

        First of all, we have to identify all the on-goring and developing problems deep down the hospital and all of its outside contribution and influences. The hospital does not appear to have specific guidelines and rules that the staff and managers nates follow, or if it does, those guidelines and rules are not being followed. The hospital also has a serious problem with its staff interfering with proper medical exam treatment.



They allow their religious beliefs and personal morals to interfere with their judgments, without addressing hospital policies, patient interests, or federal law. For instance, there are staff members who do not provide particular medical treatments because of personal, moral, or ethical reasons. As doctors are allowed to practice medicine exploitation their own values as a guideline, this is not a crime. However, there is no consistency between doctors in the hospital.
