Maslow’s Hierarchy of Motivation

Abraham H. Maslow was one of the 20th centurys foremost Ameri cigaret humanistic psychologists. He placed these needs into the define of a pyramid, in which the bottom layer consists of our lower motivational needs such as physiological needs, leading up to the top layer consisting of the high motivational needs such as self-actualization. He believed that when a somebody satisfies their basic needs, they can then go along up the pyramid to fulfill their higher needs. Abraham Maslows theory on human motivation is an entire portrayal of how human needs affect their behavior.
