Ineffective coping r/t yellow bile turned inward AEB Hx of SA and self-mutilation.
Why I Chose This Diagnosis
I chose this diagnosing beca exercise J.E. has a Hx of SA and self-mutilation. These combined with depression, DUI probation violation and statements like “I call to do meth to deal with separate out but instanter I just drink myself to sleep” demonstrate otiose coping.
